I loved working with Brad and Ross.  They were very professional and great communicators.  I always knew were we were in the project and budget ;-). Nothing but positive things to say. Brad and Ross were communicative, thoughtful, careful, and thorough throughout the entire process of our bathroom remodel. Both they and their subcontractors exhibited professionalism and delivered quality work. Our house is over 100 years old - they helped us remodel in a historically-conscious way, and successfully cleared all of the hurdles that come with old home renovations. Very happy with the entire process. They helped us outline the most important parts of the project, plan a timeline, and the final result is incredible and exactly what we wanted. Despite a few unexpected challenges they were able to be flexible and still get the project done in the original timeline.

This company call's to keep you up dated and let's you know who will come and then Brad or Ross themselves come to check things out and make sure it's done correctly. Brad and Ross explain and take the time to talk and show us what they're doing and will come back to review the job to make sure the job is done or call and ask you if things are done right.
