We were out of state during the work, and they went above and beyond to keep in touch. They dealt graciously and resourcefully with the quirks of our building and our unit, and the results are beautiful. Brad put an addition with a bathroom and closet on our house in 2024. He and his team were easy to work with, they stayed on schedule or ahead throughout the project. They communicated with us daily letting us know when they'd be back so we always knew what they were working on and what was next. Brad also paid close attention to detail and he was able to match the historic character of our old house, he matched our old trim, and was able to re-use an old door from our basement in the addition.
