The attic was originally semi finished, but unusable. Built in electric baseboard heaters were the only source of heat.  We created a fully conditioned, reinsulated, and attractive living space that is now used as the homeowner's master bedroom and full bath. We found creative ways to maximize storage in the bathroom by creating custom cabinetry that could slide in and out of attic nooks.
