Home built in 1912. We opened up the wall between the kitchen and dining room, changed the kitchen layout, and converted a half bath to a full bathroom. We installed new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring and painted throughout. We also took measures to improve structural, plumbing, and electrical elements throughout the project. Central air conditioning was also installed.
