We remodeled the entire basement by converting the garage into family space. The garage floor sat several inches under the basement floor, so we poured concrete in there to level out the flooring. We also turned the half bath into a full bath, created an additional bedroom with an egress window, and closed off the laundry and mechanical area. We also painted the entire exterior of the house and chimney and did minor repairs to the deck.
