We remodeled two bathrooms located in the high rise Plaza Apartments of downtown Grand Rapids. We re-routed and moved the water heater to the opposite corner of the bathroom and placed it inside a customized cabinet. This allowed us to create a larger tile shower footprint and enhance aesthetics for the homeowner's guests.

• Security: we purchased and installed two security cameras that the homeowners had access to 24/7. 
• Cleanliness: We installed a dust mitigation work space with two layers of floor protection and a 4-filter air scrubber. 
• Organization: We collaborated with building security to ensure our associates we're informed of the Plaza Apartments remodeling policies and made sure they were able access and navigate the building effectively.
