Our clients recently purchased a new home and asked if we could complete a new bathroom build in the basement and update the main floor before they moved in. We coordinated with the existing owner to ensure key pre-production tasks could be completed, such as measurements for flooring, countertops, and tile work. Having all the necessary materials staged and key trades scheduled for the next few weeks, we began demo immediately after he moved out. We were able to rapidly progress with the project until finished, achieving our timeline goals while still making excellent design decisions.
