DESIGN FAQ
What if I already have building plans?
We usually are able to use building plans if they are from a reputable architectural firm and have been certified (if needed). All building plans will need to be thoroughly reviewed by BPR and approved during the permitting process before construction begins.
What if I already have an interior designer?
We are open to working with outside designers as long as they are experienced, able to understand key construction elements and builder-speak, able to proficiently communicate with BPR management, and are willing to work within BPR systems.
What if I want to do the interior design work myself?
Although we highly recommend working with our designers, we do not require this if (1) the project is relatively small and straight-forward and (2) we’re aligned on expectations of your responsibilities as the “interior designer.”
Will I save money if I do the interior design work myself?
All interior design work is budgeted into every proposal on an allowance basis.
Are there any fees for conceptual 3D renderings?
Yes, the base fee is $250 and $100/hr for any revisions.
